     @sun @lain mumble was a line protocol & sip payloads of a sort, if i recall. or a bad version thereof.
     
     i think SIP itself can actually do content-length and doesn't actually need to base encode

     @lain the way images are handled in mumble is it base64-encodes them and sticks them in a chat message, so you can't send an image bigger than maximum character length of your chat config
