   Pixelfed is preparing FASP support for our FediThreat service to monitor and manage threats in real time like abuse and spam.

   We're also refactoring the federation layer in Pixelfed to better handle federation, and resolve long standing issues like missing comments and proper threading.

   Once that is complete, we will tag a new release, and prepare the new web frontend.

     @liaizon Yes, I'll be continuing my work on https://github.com/dansup/laravel-activitypub (which I applied to NLnet for, still waiting to hear back)

     There will be a ton of tests to ensure we don't have any regressions.

     @dansup are you gonna use one federation library across loops and pixelfed? seems like that would be much less maintenance work later down the road
