   I’m working on a new political piece and the more I think about our situation and the dire place we find ourselves in, along with the general apathy of the American public, the more panicked I become. I almost have to resign myself that I might end my life living under an authoritarian regime. Boy, I wouldn’t have predicted that when I was a kid.

     @dtm I won't say I'm resigned to living under one for the remainder of my days. I will say I'm resigned to living with the damage this one has visited on us.
