When my home instance is running slow, and i post something, i sometimes get an error from tusky that the post failed to send & a copy gets saved in drafts.
But, quite often the post *has* been sent & appears in the timeline ok.
So i wonder if the server is not sending responses promptly & tusky times out & assumes there's been a failure to send.
