     @liaizon @tesaguri @hongminhee we have a task force meeting next week, and I'm going to draft up a HOWTO for engaging with the W3C in English. I'll then automatically translate it to Korean, Japanese and Mandarin, and get it up on the repo for review, and if the task force agrees, we'll publish it somewhere easy to find. /cc @j12t
