   I still have a Twitter account.

   I was using it for a while to DM with people there so I could find them on Mastodon.

   I also use it with @debirdify to automatically follow people here.

   I'm now at the point where if the people I follow on Twitter have Mastodon accounts, I don't need to follow them on Twitter.

   And if they don't have Mastodon accounts, I don't *want* to follow them on Twitter.

     @voxpelli @debirdify the easy way is to just download the CSV and import it on Mastodon. It skips the ones you already follow.

     @evan @debirdify The one thing I’m missing from the @debirdify style services is a way to hide the ones I already follow on Mastodon. Is service doing anything like that?
     Extra bonus if it can also remember which ones I have decided to not follow on Mastodon.
     Right now it feels hard to find the ones that have added the link since one last ran the tool.

     @evan @debirdify Only works if I want to follow everyone here.
     The feed here is different and people post here differently. I feel like importing +1000 accounts here will just make Mastodon useless to me, filling it up with stuff I actually don’t care about.

     @voxpelli @debirdify you could either write your own tool or use Unix text processing tools on the downloaded csv. comm to only get new items, and you could also use comm to keep a blocklist.
