     @themilkman use invidious instead it really is worth it, I only got exposed to the default site because my redirector extension stopped working

     The only issue I've had lately with freetube is some videos will get fetched multiple times at start in order to get a stream. Other than that, at least as of yesterday, it worked for me.

     I have had that problem recently, only at video start though. It eventually fetches.
