     @JustJohnny what I think is critical here is that people were screaming their heads off in 2017 for procedural ways to fix things and nothing was done.
     
     What we've seen so far is that there are people in place now that are willing to at least try procedural changes, whereas the normal GOP thing is "we can't do X, then the democrats will do X ( the democrats have already done X )"

     @JustJohnny @Robert_Edwardly Yes, if you are hoping for drone strikes on illegals you are setting yourself for disappointment.
     
     I've consistently said, for example, how I expect deportations to be extremely low simply because it will be fought tooth and tail. Because I set expectations that I felt were realistic, I'm actually fairly happy with the progress being made.
