   Hey, all. Thanks for replying. My city, Montreal, has a number of signature dishes: bagels, smoked meat sandwiches, Portuguese chicken, poutine, pudding chômeur, shish taouk, hot dog Michigan.

     @copiesofcopies @stark I had the World's Biggest Fish Sandwich at the Apalachicola Seafood Grill a few decades ago. It is a fond memory!

     @stark @evan Cuban sandwiches are popular, but if they’re associated with a town, it’s Miami or Ybor City. Crab is ubiquitous, and stone crab is pretty Floridian, but I’m not sure there’s a crab dish that’s especially local otherwise.

     @evan I feel like the closest thing where I live is the grouper sandwich, but that could be called the signature dish of half of Florida, I think.
