   I tried looking up an article for this and found little in USA newsmedia, but it was on the Independent:

   And it happened July 14th, yet apparently it was not 'newsworthy' enough that I saw it before now despite the fact I scan multiple newsite RSS feeds daily for political news.

   All of which? Leads one to believe the answer is, indeed, 'yes'. And the newsmedia is helping to make it so.
