     Even with a pan that isn't nonstick, that's not necessary unless you're cooking the eggs in the pan you cooked your bacon in (after you drained it, so there's only a small amount left).
     I grew up adding a small amount of milk to the eggs to help make em fluffy (not doing them dirty as above). Butter would fuck it up.
