   They're both idiot. The bottom missed a serious opportunity when the top said "race is imposed by the state." The question is then "if the state can impose race, can it impose gender?" That's the trap.

     My point is by forcing him to admit state power, he has to explain why trannies can fight state definitions or aren't bound by them as to gender, but people are as to race. Where that goes depends on the response, but that's the road you go down given the discourse. Blindly repeating the same line over and over again doesn't move the needle.

     His birth certificate still has a "M" on it. But now that the state is allowing freaks to have a say, suddenly the state is the final word? LOL. There never should have been a third option, it's either an "M" or it's an "F". And that's not subject to change. nO, wE wAnT "X"!!!
     
     Not a fan of compromise with lunatics, but why didn't they go with the obvious solution? You got a big ol' "?" on your DL or passport. It ought to trigger an extensive investigation every time ID gets presented, like we need to call your parents 'cause you might be impersonating someone else.
