@Rose @Morghur @Humpleupagus @pyrate holy moses it's so so good. The Martha Stewart recipe is the one I learned, it's on her website. Serve it with/over rice (you must cook the rice in chicken broth). Goes excellent with a Sauvignon blanc if you're feeling fancy (and you can deglaze with that as well) -
