     I've tried the kratom stuff for the past year and it's like chill but like plant chill you know?
     
     But this stuff...yah...yah thats like processed/purified plant strong.
     
     The tobacco store guy told me some of his customers are doing 10 pills per day of it and people are getting hooked

     It converts into modafinil in vivo. I use it on really rough day when I haven't slept much. It like the mack truck of anti-narcolepsy drugs. It doesn't over stimulate, but has a really long half life. I think 18 hours.

     No. Adderall is an amphetamine. Adrafinil is not. It works via different pathways and it's not completely understood. It's suppresses neurochemicals that make you sleep. It also seems to balance others systems.

     The difference is that if doesn't make your heart go 200bpm, make you sweat or shake. In fact, adrafinil is an anti-epileptic. It's actually fairly chill.

     @Humpleupagus @EllisDee @Tony Yeah I’d been meaning at some point to get a hold of modafinil/adrafinil for experimental uses; but I‘ve been out of any of that sort of loop for many years and wouldn’t even know where to begin. Any doctors I know personally claim never to have heard of it.

     Ahhh, close to Provigil. Father-in-law takes that for work at times. My husband could/should maybe, but he's just a lunatic who rarely consumes caffeine, so small amount for a rough patch often enough for him.
