but chigga you gotta do a shitload of chemistry to get even close to the protein density that exists in animal muscle tissue
OP is technically wrong too but more of the fact that you need twice as much food *volume* as a vegan to hit the ideal protien goal for plant-based dietary consumption
and by technicality the amount of processing time is the same for both meat & plant theres just less protein density in plant cell matter (ie no muscle tissue)
