     Even before the criminalization statutes they can (and do) make you homeless, withhold access to your own money, martial docs, etc. On a claim alone. Then, they allow her to commit serial tortious felonies (threaten and coerce you with serial lawsuits if you don't take her settlement - sign over the home). I've personal experience. I've met ppl who've been taken for over $250k in legal alone.

     This machinery already existed before all these add-ons.

     In the past, they would coach the woman to claim verbal abuse and that was enough to start the whole money train.

     Now they have even more coercive power.
