     "technology that could be more powerful than nation states"

     In the context of anthropic, GPT, mythos et al what could this mean?

     I recognize that it simply being hype is likely. Fear hype. But, some people really seem sincere. What do they *think* it means?

     How could a "superintelligence" be "more powerful than nation states?"

     Do they mean it could predict the future? That's the only thing I can think of. It gives you... like good stock tips.
