     In bed, foot up and that wasn’t a fun way to spend twelve hours. Two urgent care visits, two x-rays, bloods, antibiotics and a packet of jellybeans.

     No heelbone damage at least! Despite the nail needing some effort to pull out it was just my flesh yearning for the Fe.
