@DarkestKale it's discouraging personally, and also kind of distressing to see how Every Fucking Thing seems to have to be leveraged into some kind of investment opportunity (especially as their purported value hinges almost entirely upon personal nostalgia, which makes the whole thing rather stink of exploitation).

@HauntedOwlbear Once upon a time, I liked and collected retro games. Roll into an op shop (thrift store), roll out with a bag of 2600 games for $5.
... walk into a fucking 'game' shop now and they have them in a fucking display and it's like, $40 for the most (previously) common shit.
