     @skinnylatte That is more than twice the cost of my mortgage (including home insurance) for a 1200 sqft house on a fifth of an acre.

     @skinnylatte And that square footage doesn't include the garage. Or the basement. Or the awkward little storage shed that's not technically part of the garage. I have my own trees and space for a garden. And I can't hear my neighbors at all under normal circumstances.
