   Window cleaner admired my kids' old collection of Lego Star Wars arranged on shelves above my desk. Turns out he always wanted Lego as a kid but wasn't allowed. I said you're an adult now, you can spend your money on what you like. He just bought the big Millennium Falcon.

     @fesshole i don't know how much window cleaners make where you are, but in my country they wouldn't be able to afford most Lego boxes, let alone (check notes...🧐 ) a £734.99 set of mostly grey plastic 😱 !

     I had a similar thought in my 30s about Generation 1 Transformers and within a week I had bought three people's collections off of EBay.
