     @icedquinn @lain I honestly don't either. It's an excerpt from the linked GitHub PR. And that's just it, nothing more, nothing less.

     I guess the point he wants to make is that the PR is bad because you can't talk about those things and he thinks those are important. In other words, he's mad rust wants objective facts instead of subjective feelings.

     @phnt @lain i mean most of those are actually objections that have testable quantities. though i tend to advise people not to be duplicitous about this. if you're a neverclanker just say you're a neverclanker because trying to grand stand about specific issues implies that if the issue was solved your objection is too.
     
     as someone who actually tinkers occasionally with spikenets a lot of these issues are kind of just anthropic et all intentionally being inefficient as a moat. we have technology in archives to do it cheap :blobcatshrug2:

     @phnt I wouldn't mind him just having beliefs I disagree with, it's really that he ascribes extreme moral failure to people he disagrees with, to the degree that he acts to destroy them with subterfuge when simple open attacks don't work. really despicable
