     In my experience, capable workers are kept doing scut work so they don't get ideas of replacing management. Midwit managers and HR foids are terrified of being visibly redundant. Their every day is walking a tightrope of feigned competence, above a gaping maw of perpetual unemployment.

     Intelligent people are often too aware of their own shortcomings, and that's all they can see, so their self evaluations tend to read like "I am a chronic fuckup who can't seem to stop making the same errors", while idiots are like "me am bestest at everything and evry1 else is dum". I really don't see the purpose in having someone evaluate themselves, as very few are capable of honest introspection.

     I forget Verizon and Sprint's email gateway addresses, because I never needed to use them. Could be interesting to use an LLM to drive people batty.
