   We're at 9 out of a 12 month prognosis. Things are rapidly diminishing. My ability to go to church is also failing, even using a wheelchair. This coming Sunday (May 17th) will likely be my last mass in person.
   
   The doctors have stated that it's already a narrow path between adequate painkillers and an artificial coma. I don't think I can predict it to the day, but at the current rate of decline, I think 3 months is generous. Cascading failure from choking. DNR & will done.
