     There is little evidence that's the deal though. But in general no, because it's just another one of those "deals" where you pay first then get left with an empty bag.
     
     If we got 50 million deportations, then a promise of 50 million more with some dumb war - not that there is any sense in how that would work - I might be willing to die for the chance of the other 50.
