      My kids have been running with us since they were in strollers. They don't even know it's exercise. They do actually run sometimes too.

      I meant they've always been there. As soon as they could run, they were running. I remember one night my son at about 2 years old forest gumped 10 miles. I couldn't stop him. He just kept going like a retard.
