     Ironically judges are the most political. They have no real power. They just declare. Thus, they have to stay within the bounds set by the politics of the time otherwise they will be ignored.

     I really think Thomas is more racist than any poastie.
     
     His basic view on affirmative action suggests that he thinks most niggers are stupid and its genetic. He doesn't phrase it that way, but it's implied.
