When an ant really wants to bite another insect good she first bites then she shakes her head and her antennae flop like angry pigtails.
It's cute, though probably not for the victim of her ire.

It's very much like that. The other things ants do like dogs is they will sometimes dig by flinging soil between their back legs. I'm fascinated these patterns evolved separately in such different creatures at such different scales.
