I didn't actually see it, so was he doing a Bit and referencing Pulp Fiction, or is he that stupid and doesn't know the one single bit of trivia everyone knows about that movie?

I see Pete Hegseth has led a Pentagon prayer sermon (already weird and disturbing that someone who's whole job is war-based believes he's got permission from his God to do whatever he wants) and instead of quoting actual scripture he's quoted *checks notes*...... *double-take and checks notes again in disbelief*...... the bit in Pulp Fiction from Sam Jackson before he murders that kid on behalf of a crime boss.
THIS IS ALL VERY NORMAL
In other news, god said I can do whatever I want - like it is written... 'Zed's dead, baby. Zed's dead.' Amen
