   I’m in London because my parents are here on vacation! My mum was very excited to cook dinner for me and I got sent off to the shops to procure things for it. She has a repertoire of easy Singaporean / Malaysian foods she makes while traveling with pastes and sauces she brings.

   Of course, she also makes time for some local delights, but she also needs to make food in between.
