     @WandererUber @BrokenSword In a way. It’s not an attack on the scientific method or empirical evidence and theory, but of “belief in Science“ as if it’s something that depends upon our belief in it. Hard to explain, but you know it when you see it. For example, watching people go full retard over untested vaccines and honest questions of their efficacy.

     I just didn't realize this is what you meant before
     there's a few people that think science in itself or modern science or whatever is somehow bad. But obviously it's ideological beliefs masking as science, like you said.

     We all see this behavior in "Science" enjoyers, "Progressive" or "Making Great Again" enjoyers, the "Faithful" or the "Logical", etc. : Someone with overconfidence they're holding / supporting Momentum (from whatever source and will not review, only profess)
