   So, let me get this right; the Tangerine Tyrant has launched a war (colluding with Israel) against Iran with the explicit intent to topple the regime.... but, today Treasury secretary Scott Bessent has said the US will tolerate continued trading in Iranian oil (to keep prices from escalating) and therefore handling the Iranian regime a major windfall in oil revenues; which I assume they will be using to continue their side of the war.

   No wonder the Europeans want no part of this!

     @ChrisMayLA6 they have also handed a major gift to Putin by buying his oil as well, which will reinforce his efforts against Ukraine.

     So it’s heads they win tails we lose in both Iran and Ukraine thanks to Donald Trump.
     With friends like him who needs enemies ?

     I came to point that extra stupidity out too.
     The T.T. makes no sense at all.
     He's entirely surrounded by sycophants and toadying CEOs for favours.
     The only guy speaking any sense is General Cane and... he is ignored!
     Sure, there are people in the opposition (or w/e USians call that), but they have no power and are also ignored.

     @ChrisMayLA6 and also asked ‘weak’ NATO allies to help him…with the war be started for reasons he can’t actually explain. If he cared so much about the Iranian people, so badly treated by the regime, bombing the hell out of them is a funny way of showing it.

     It’s always about oil.
