   So I saw a new primary care doctor yesterday, had a really good in-person experience there.

   I looked at the visit notes in the patient portal and it mentions (all the way at the bottom) that it uses some AI tool to generate the notes.

   At least 10% of it is pure fabrication and never happened.

     @thomasfuchs I'm sure healthcare workers under the thumb of KPIs will vet the output, rather than mistakes being passed on to patients with poorer health outcomes, incorrect billing, and so on.

     (good reminder - I need to start checking whatever notes are taken at my appointments, or at least what they permit the patient to have access to).
