     Yamamori has said The Huxton:

     * Converted a function room to guest bedrooms despite concerns
     * Gave Huxton a sound report during construction in 2023 showing low levels
     * Asked for info on Huxton's setup in Nov 25
     * Installed a sound limiter in Dec 25
     * Got the info from them this week, months late, after injunction proceedings had started
     * Said Huxton chose an injunction instead of collaborating on the issue

     Huxton opened 3 months ago. Yamamori has been there for 30 years.
