I found a cursed thing!
My backpack has a USB cable for charging devices. But I noticed what looked like a USB-C port? I plugged in a cable, and a Lightning adapter came out. Neat!
But it had a hole in the end? 🤔 And it's labeled "Lightning/Micro"?
And... oh god. It's a combination Lightning and Micro-USB adapter.

  @amberage I have a couple Nokia but neither are my daily driver 🙈 I had hopes for the Nokia 5710 XA (not a flip, the one with earbuds) but the buds hurt my ears :(

  @bnut I found another one in my house, a charging cable lanyard (second-hand conference swag). I will be on the lookout for more, they may be hiding in plain sight
  They're probably a dying breed though, with everything moving to USB-C

  @annika so cursed. I found a few other references to it online, one company sold them in 2016 but doesn't exist anymore, this company still sells cables: https://www.narva.com.au/products/81070BL/micro-usb-and-lightning-dual-faced-charge-and-sync-cable--blister-pack-of-1-
  edit: Worth noting that one video review I found of the one that shut down said that they smelt burning plastic when they plugged it in
