   Loops Starter Kits are meant for Loops accounts, however, we will add support for non-loops accounts in the future.

   Looking at https://github.com/mastodon/featured_collections, I see a few potential issues, I think we should publish inclusion attestation references that other instances could easily verify, and handle collection update activities so you can get notified when other accounts are added.

   I'm going to focus on Loops for now, and we can work on Masto compatibility when they figure out their implementation
