after the last few p2p / local-first events I attended, I felt really buoyed by two things:

- seeing the widespread recognition of how inescapably cultural this kind of work is
- and not just a ecosystem of systems and ideas, but an increasingly mature network of practitioners who can call on each others’ (wildly different) experience

I’m very happy to be playing a positive-sum game with you all.
