     @dansup this is tricky! Fediverse as delivery mechanism, how do you get photo friends from their gotosocial in your feed? Meanwhile I agree that WP header images don't qualify to get the same treatment as another pixelfedder's photo shoots.

     Is this maybe a display concern more than one of federation?

     I have feelings about the caption piece.

     There is some part of me that really wants them to be able to be made mandatory by admins. (To be fair I do not know if this is already a feature)

     I understand a vision impaired or blind person isn't a primary user for a photo sharing tool.

     Just thinking about this in the context of the Title 2 ruling in the US about the ADA.
