     Despite the first sign indicating model homes were available for viewing, the second sign is what I saw today when I went over to check it out.

     There's another separate sign from KellerWilliams Realty which says By Appointment Only.

     @jeridansky I'd think they'd be $2mil easy... I hope that those 2-story buildings aren't blocking anyone's existing views.

     Remember back when that new hotel they were building "accidentally" burned down?
