   Doing sun salutations & I open my eyes as I look up to see a huntsman watching me 😳 eeeek. Class put on pause while I deal with that & my racing heart when I’m supposed to be calm.
   Carried on with my class to its end & enjoyed 10 minutes of relaxation & mindfulness & I hear a line I love - the Art of Not Doing! Something we all need to learn in our busy world. #Exercise #Balance #Mindfulness #Calm
