I'm thinking about different ways of modeling emotions in sim games. I feel like whenever I see these models I immediately get the impression that whoever came up with the model lives a very boring life because they always miss out on the cool emotions (or just kind of cram them into the model in arbitrary places to make it all fit)

@datn same. most confused by the implied axes (no way are "fear" and "anger" opposites, but the braided wheel version implies that they are) but also interest -> anticipation -> vigilance definitely does not map to my understanding of those words.
