     @JessTheUnstill I mean being into that with someone else who's clearly enthusiastically into it is very different from being into it with someone who's obviously in a position of no agency. And wanting those two things are based on completely different mechanisms.

     @NosirrahSec @JessTheUnstill For some the whole appeal is exerting power.

     I imagine for a lot of them, it was actually gross to begin with, but their desire to be part of the club of extreme power that they were being invited to was strong enough to overcome the intrinsic revulsion.
