Crazy to think this was 19 years ago today. I remember being a junior in high school when this happened. I remember thinking the city of Boston acted completely retarded over it and still do. The ad campaign was actually better than the movie though. Aqua Teen Hunger Force : Colon Movie film for theaters kinda sucked. The newer movie that came out back in 2020 was a huge improvement though.

YOU FUCKING TAKE THAT BACK!
It might have not been the best .... it might have been a LOT better in theaters with other fans ... but .. it was played without an info so you didn't realize the opening was a gag and then Mastodon started playing .. and Time Lincoln! "The Plantation is safe! The salves are yours!" .. I dunno man ... it was short and funny and I enjoyed it. :blobcatgooglyshrug:

@djsumdog I watched a pirated stream of it and didn't like it. I tried to catch it when it was in theaters but I was 16 and it was a rated R movie and I tried to sneak in and got kicked out and banned from a local theater. Mostly because I called the manager a cunt for not refunding my money infront of a bunch of 10 year olds with their soccer mom's going to see "meet the robinsons".. The problem is the show is designed for 15 minute formats and the way it conveys the material is perfect for that kind of time block but the movie stretched far too long and it was boring and dull. Carl's Insanoflex was kinda funny though.
I'm not banned from that theater anymore though because the manager retired and another company took it over. Not that i care anyways modern movies suck ass and are far overpriced even for a matinée.
