     @RadicalCartoons The state has bought the fake painting and must display it and make everyone agree that it's the real deal or they will lose face.
     It's seriously easier for them to keep spaffing our money on court cases now than it is for them to admit they've been duped by cross-dressing porn addicts they invited in to deliver "training."
     I predicted that taxpayer funded organisations would be the last to fold because nobody is accountable for our money being wasted. I reckon it'll be at least 2030 before this disappears from the NHS.
