     Yah but you’re missing the point. Tagging 1675 users is not normal user behavior.
     
     It’s bad actor behavior because they know it will break the system. It’s not the devs responsibility to make code so bad actors can abuse the system.
     
     There is literally no world where a thread that big needs to exist.
