    2 examples of how a newspaper sub-editor makes their comments.
    1) The Times, the story about Lucy Letby's alleged extra cases dropped, placed next to a pic of Kate Middleton cheering.
    2) The Telegraph, A story about the Green's pronoun madness, placed next to a pic of a woman in a totally different story.

    When you see stuff like this, it's not accidental. Subs do this as a comment on stories.

    You only notice this in the rl print editions, because online newspaper websites show you only the story you've searched for or what the algorithm feeds you.
