   Why do we use ! instead of ¬ for "not" in most programming languages?

     @christianp Since there is no ¬ on most keyboards and ¬ is not in ASCII.
     
     I've never typed ¬, but I have written $\neg$ in LaTeX.

     @christianp The only programming language I know of that uses ¬ is GNU apl; https://www.gnu.org/software/apl/
