   it's wild it has taken this long to fine companies. I wonder if florida will fine companies that are out of state. If so, and you can get like nevada or idaho to follow suit, it could cause a real chilling effect.

     @PopulistRight remember as well, a lot of these companies are competing as super bottom of the barrel cost too, so 50k might be a company destroying amount.
