     This was a joke in one of the Cheech and Chong movies, like, they wanted to go to Mexico so they just called la Migra on themselves and the INS deported everyone in the house.

     You could visit half of the world with 800$ (assuming 200 for the passport) every two weeks. Only the flight back has to be paid. Maybe you can collect miles to fly every odd month for free.
