   @Sharksonaplane You are very right this is a big problem. I'm sure I recently saw something about this being worked on to be fixed, though. I hope it will!

     —Problem is, when *I* click the post, I *don't see* many of those bc either I/my instance admin already muted/blocked/suspended/defederated those accounts, or for other federation reasons. I only see pleasant replies—until OP edits the post to mention the harassment, at which point I "open original page" and YIKES.

     But I can't even report those yikes replies bc I can't interact with anything on the original page that doesn't show on my instance, and I have to block manually with search. (2/x)

     Here's an illustration of the problem with harassment and culture OnHere:

     Person makes an innocuous post that gets boosted a lot. It inevitably reaches people desperate to prove they're better than others, who leap onto the post to harangue OP about *checks notes* encouraging people to avoid the business they want them to avoid, and other people for enjoying what OP wants to share. Typical reply fly bullshit, should be easy to identify and block. HOWEVER—
